Resolving Grief and Trauma
Whether it happened recently, or years ago, a traumatic experience or unexpected loss can leave you with intense feelings of shock, anxiety, anger, guilt, and sorrow. Left unresolved, these events often contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or addictions

The good news is that past trauma and grief can be resolved. I specialize in a method designed to relieve the devastating emotional effects of events such as:
- Sudden or Accidental Death of a loved one
- Suicide of a friend or family member
- Death of a Child, or chronic miscarriage and infertility issues
- Childhood Abuse: emotional, physical, or sexual
- Date Rape and other types of sexual assault - War and Combat Trauma - Car Accidents or problematic Surgeries

Traumatic Experiences are Processed and Stored differently in the Brain
When a traumatic event occurs, the deeper part of the mind triggers emotional and physiological responses in order to help you survive the perceived threat. This is called the fight or flight response, and is the same response we experience when we feel extremely angry or scared.

The mind then stores the experience as an emotional memory, and may trigger the fight or flight response any time you encounter anything remotely similar. For example, a combat veteran may continue to run and duck for cover any time he hears a loud noise because his mind is still thinking he is in the war, and associating loud noises with danger. This is because the part of the mind concerned with survival can confuse timing, and tends to think in a sensory-oriented, literal way, not a logical or verbal way.

Rapid Resolution Therapy Clears Negative Associations and Restores Inner-Peace
Due to the unique way the mind processes traumatic experiences, traditional talk-therapies and medications don't fully clear the negative effects of trauma. These modalities can provide some relief of symptoms, but they don't get to the root cause. Rapid Resolution Therapy targets the part of your mind that stored the traumatic experience and allows you to reprocess the information in a way that clears negative associations and restores inner-peace.

Many of my clients report the following after a Rapid Resolution therapy session:
  • Significant decreases in anxiety and panic attacks
  • Sleeping more soundly with no recurring nightmares
  • Elimination of guilt and resentment
  • Increased self-esteem and hope for the future
