Courtney’s Bio

Courtney Armstrong is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping people overcome trauma and grief and is the author of the book Transforming Traumatic Grief: Six Steps to Move from Grief to Peace. Owner of a counseling practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Courtney also trains mental health professionals across the country in cutting-edge treatment methods that quickly heal trauma and promote resilience.
